MANUEL-TURIZO

Manuel Turizo (full name Manuel Turizo Zapata) is an urbano and reggaeton singer songwriter and multi-instrumentalist from Colombia whose trademark is his smooth buttery tenor singing voice. His music is one of the biggest within the Latin mainstream. In the year 2017 his hit track from 2016, Una Lady Como Tu won the Colombian Kids Choice Award Favorite Song. The album he released as his debut ADN was issued in 2017 by La Industria Inc., a Medellin-based Sony distribution firm. The album reached number 8 within the Top Latin Albums Chart. He then became part of Ozuna on his Top Five smash Vaina Loca. In the year 2020, he teamed up with Noriel for Mala Influencia and then released her debut album Dopamina in the following year. Later in 2021 he performed the duet for TINI's smash streaming track Maldita Foto. 2023 was the year 2000 when the hit song La Bachata was released. Turizo was raised in a musical environment, because both his mother and older brother are professional musicians. In his interviews, Turizo has stated that music is an essential part of his life.
